NASHUA, NH – Local non-profit Involved to Impact once again made sure that those living at Dalainis House were warmly remembered this holiday season.

Veterans Promise decorated the common area the Saturday after Thanksgiving before the Holiday Stroll and set out collection bins with downtown partners to collect Christmas decorations, the veterans staying at Dalainis House participated in “Floor Wars” to see who decorated their floor the best.

Fourth floor won with 5th floor second place, prizes were gift cards to the Yolk, Dunkin Donuts, and Soel Sistas.

Judges included Thomas and Shewanda Lopez, Alderman Chris Thibideau, Kendra Soucie, Nadia Smith and Lisa Dumont. To celebrate, Soel Sistas made lasagna and salad and included a gift bag for every veteran for Christmas Eve dinner.
