Bullying continues to be a growing problem in New Hampshire and throughout the country. A national survey found that 100% of students said they had been bullied, seen bullying, or knew it was happening. More startling, the same study found that nearly 20% of students are victims of bullying.
While the coalition has continued to promote the message of safely storing prescription drugs, it’s been a number of years since they have distributed lock boxes to the community. With the relaunch, they have brought this back, with the goal of distributing 300 free lock boxes to the Nashua, Hudson, and Merrimack communities this year.

Merrimack Fire Rescue and police responded to Executive Park Drive for a report of several ducklings in a storm drain. Firefighters could hear the ducklings in two different storm drains that were near each other.
