Vehicle fires on West Hollis Street under investigation

NASHUA, NH – Nashua Fire officials on Thursday released the following report involving car files on West Hollis Street.


Incident Location: 64 West Hollis Street 

Number of NFR Engines in response: 2 

Number of NFR Ladder trucks in response: 1 

Other NFR apparatus in response: Fire Investigators from our Fire Marshal’s Office Number of NFR personnel in response: 14 

AMR Units: None 

General Incident Description

At approximately 6:44 p.m., on January 22, 2025, the Nashua Fire Rescue Dispatch  Center received a 911 call reporting a car fire with exposure. A first alarm assignment was dispatched to the address. Engine 4 from the East Hollis Street Fire Station  arrived on scene first and reported a fully involved car fire behind 64/66 West Hollis  Street. Nashua Police arrived on scene and diverted traffic while fire companies  established a water supply and stretched lines to attack the fire that had engulfed 2- passenger vehicles.  

Due to information gathered at the scene, Deputy Kevin Kerrigan requested a Fire Marshal to respond from Nashua Fire Rescue Fire Marshals Office. Fire Marshal  DuVarney and Investigator Labrie responded along with Detectives from the Nashua  Police Department.  

The incident is currently being investigated by Nashua Fire Marshals office and Nashua Police.
