THE SOAPBOX
Stand up. Speak up. It’s your turn.
I urge you to vote for Melanie Levesque for Executive Council in District 5, which covers Nashua and 33 towns, from Hudson to Goshen.
The Executive Council plays a vital role in our state government by approving or rejecting the Governor’s appointments of commissioners and judges to decisions about spending state and federal funds. This body ensures checks on the Governor’s authority, making strong council members critical to shaping the future of New Hampshire over the next two years.
Melanie Levesque is the right choice for District 5. Born and raised in Nashua, she attended local schools and colleges and now lives in Brookline. She’s a business owner and a dedicated community leader who serves on state and local non-profit boards. As a former state representative and senator, Melanie has consistently worked to support education, affordable housing, healthcare, and personal freedoms.
With major decisions ahead—such as approving the next Education Commissioner and determining public education and infrastructure funding—Melanie’s experience and commitment are exactly what we need. She will also work to protect healthcare affordability and ensure that all Granite Staters have the freedom to make their own health choices.
Melanie Levesque has the experience, dedication, and values that District 5 needs on the Executive Council. I encourage everyone to plan ahead and vote for her in person on November 5 or request an absentee ballot. We need her leadership to keep our state moving forward.
