Summer is passing fast. Days are shorter, kids are heading back to school and Labor Day is around the corner,  that’s the bad news.  The good news is that tomatoes are coming in fast. In patio buckets and backyard patches to local farms, it’s tomato harvest time.  As summer ends we have much of this delicious fruit to celebrate.
