“I felt like there’s so many people out in the community that want to support someplace like the NSKS but they wouldn’t be able to afford such a high cost to contribute,” Peringer added. “So we’ve always tried to keep the cost of this event down so more people could participate and feel like they’re helping out their community. To me that makes it really special.”
