Police: Hudson man faces multiple charges after investigation of sexual assault of girl, 11, at Mine Falls Park

NASHUA, NH – On January 7, 2025, the Nashua Police Department arrested Aleisandro Garcia, 22, of Hudson, on a felony warrant for Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, a Special Felony.

On September 15, 2024, the Nashua Police Department took a report of a 22-year-old male, identified as Aleisandro Garcia, meeting up with an 11-year-old female in Mine Falls Park in Nashua on September 14, 2024.  The report included information that Garcia perpetrated numerous acts of sexual assualt with the female victim while within Mine Falls Park. 

Detectives from the Special Investigations Division were assigned to further the investigation.  Based on the investigation, Detectives applied for and were granted an arrest warrant for Garcia.  Garcia was additionally charged with a second count of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, two counts of Felonious Sexual Assault, Class B Felonies, and one count of Gross Lewdness in the presence of a child, a Class B Felony, all stemming from the assault on September 14, 2024.   

Garcia was held without bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on January 8, 2025, at 1 p.m..
