The following arrest reports were issued by Nashua Police Department.


Man faces charges connected to theft of medical devices from Rivier University

On April 24, 2025, the Nashua Police Department arrested Joshua MacDonald, 38, of Nashua on a felony warrant for theft by unauthorized taking ($1501+), a Class A Felony.

In March 2025, the Nashua Police Department took a report of a theft from Rivier University.  The victim reported that several medical devices had been stolen from the University.  

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation. As a result of their investigation, MacDonald, an employee of a third-party vendor affiliated with Rivier University, was identified as a suspect in this theft.  An arrest warrant was granted for MacDonald, charging him with Theft by Unauthorized Taking ($1501+), Class A Felony. 

MacDonald was released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court, on May 21, 2025, at 1:00 pm.

Mass. man accused of stabbing tire of driver’s car after parking lot dispute

On April 24, 2025, the Nashua Police Department arrested ebastian Lopez, 29, of Lowell, Mass., on a felony warrant for criminal threatening with a deadly weapon – a Class B Felony.

On November 12, 2024, the Nashua Police Department responded to the area of 15 Spit Brook Road for the report of a road rage incident.  Two victims reported while in their car, a male subject almost backed into their car in the parking lot of the Tobacco Barn.  One victim beeped the horn at the suspect to avoid a collision.  The victims reported Lopez then exited his car and approached their car with a knife in his hand, motioning at them, and then stabbing the victim’s tire.

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation. Based on their investigation, they were granted an arrest warrant charging Lopez with Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony.  Additionally, Lopez was charged with a second count of Criminal Threatening with a Deadly Weapon, A Class Felony, and Criminal Mischief, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Lopez was released on $300.00 cash bail and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua Court on June 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.

Man accused of depositing $20,000 in already-cashed checks from employer

On April 27, 2025, the Nashua Police Department arrested Fabio Domingues, 42, of Nashua for one count of theft by deception, a Class A Felony.

In December 2024, the Nashua Police Department took a report from a business owner regarding suspected fraudulent activity by a former employee, Domingues. The business owner alleged that Domingues had deposited previously cashed paychecks.  Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation.

As a result of the investigation, detectives were able to identify more than $20,000 in fraudulent transactions. They were granted an arrest warrant charging Domingues with Theft by Deception, a Class A Felony. 

Domingues was released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court, on May 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm.

Man faces domestic violence charges after discharging gun following argument

On April 27, 2025, the Nashua Police Department arrested Paul Williams, 30, of Nashua, on a felony warrant for reckless conduct- domestic violence, a Class B Felony.

On April 25, 2025, Officers responded to a report of shots fired.  Officers located a female victim who appeared to be suffering from an injury on her face related to the discharge of a firearm.  The victim advised that Williams is known to her and discharged his firearm after a verbal argument. 

Officers assigned to the Special Investigations Division – Domestic Violence Unit furthered the investigation.  After speaking with the victims and witnesses, an arrest warrant was granted for Williams, who fled the area before officers arrived. 

During the investigation, officers also learned that Williams is a convicted felon and he is not allowed to be in possession of firearms.  Additionally, Williams was charged with Domestic Violence; Simple Assault- Bodily Injury and Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony and Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, a Class B Felony.

Williams was held on Preventative Detention and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on April 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
