NASHUA, NH – The following arrest reports were provided by Nashua Police Department.


December 13, 2024

Arraignment for registered sex offender for non-compliance with quarterly registration

Vasquez

On December 13, 2024, The Nashua Police Department arrested Luis A. Vazquez, 43, of Nashua, on a felony warrant for Duty to Report, a Class B Felony.

On December 4, 2024, Detectives from the Special Investigations Division began an investigation into Vazquez, a registered sex offender, possibly being noncompliant with his registration requirements. The investigation showed that Vazquez had not registered with the Nashua Police Department during his quarterly registration, as required by law. A warrant was applied for and granted, charging Vazquez with Duty to Report. 

Vazquez was held on $200.00 cash bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on December 16, 2024, at 1:00 pm.


December 14, 2024

Nashua man arrested for Domestic Violence, Criminal Threatening, and Deadly Weapon 

Soto

On December 14, 2024, the Nashua Police Department arrested Devonta Soto, 31, of Nashua, on a felony warrant for Domestic Violence, Criminal Threatening, Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony.

On December 13, 2024, the Nashua Police Department received a letter from the Division of Children, Youth & Families, stating that Soto had pointed a firearm in the direction of a male juvenile to whom Soto is related. Patrol officers spoke with the juvenile involved and a witness present during the incident.

Detectives from the Special Investigations Division were assigned to further the investigation.  As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained charging Soto with Domestic Violence, Criminal Threatening, Deadly Weapon – a Class B Felony. A search warrant for Soto’s residence was also granted.

On December 14, 2024, members of the Nashua Police Department Narcotics Intelligence Division, Special Investigations Division, Criminal Investigations Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit, and SWAT located and arrested Soto. A search of Soto’s residence was conducted, and a black BB gun was located within Soto’s residence. 

Soto was held on $2,000 cash bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division Nashua Court, which was held on December 16, 2024, at 1 p.m.


December 16, 2024

Registered sex-offender arrested for noncompliance with registration requirements

Madison

On December 16, 2024, The Nashua Police Department arrested Courtlandt Madison, 38, of 30 Railroad Square, Nashua on a felony warrant for Change of Registration Information; Duty to Inform, a Class B Felony.

On October 24, 2024, the Nashua Police Department received information that Madison, a registered sex offender, may have been noncompliant with his registration requirements. The investigation was furthered by detectives assigned to the Special Investigations Division. The investigation revealed that Madison had failed to properly register required information. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for Madison.

Madison was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9 th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on January 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
