NASHUA, NH – The Hillsborough County Superior Court Southern District grand jury handed up 82 indictments for November.
Among those indicted were:
- Scott Boyd, 44, of 379 S. Main St., Apt. 2, Manchester, criminal threatening; second-degree assault and six counts of simple assault, all domestic-violence related, and stalking. On Aug. 16, 2024, in Nashua, Boyd is accused of threatened S.S. when he said, “You fucking bitch. You don’t know what I am capable of. I’ll kill you on the spot.” Boyd is accused of also choking S.S. and hitting S.S. six times in the face with his hand. The stalking charges allege that, in violation of a court order, he called S.S. a total of six times on Aug. 17 and 18, 2024
- James Brown, 78, of 16 Lindsay St., Hudson, endangering the welfare of a child. On April 15, 2024 in Nashua, Brown is accused of soliciting a 14-year-old girl to engage in sex.
- Derrin Alexander Catharine, 19, of 31 Webster Highway, Temple, sale of marijuana. On April 1, 2024 in Wilton, Catharine is accused of selling marijuana to a 15-year-old.
- Eric G. Eastman, 31, of 1 Steele Road, Hudson, aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between April 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022 in Hudson, Eastman is accused of digitally penetrating a 3-year-old’s vagina.
- Jariel Xavier Esmurria, 23, of 16 Second St., Apt. 3, Lowell, Mass., robbery. On April 25, 2024 in Nashua, Esmurria is accused of pushing C.B. up against a wall and taking off C.B.’s shoes.
- David Grover, 38, of 11 Amos Tuck, East Kingston, theft by deception. On Jan. 14, 2023 in Hollis, Grover is accused of taking more than $1,500 from Y.Z. on the pretense of providing home improvement services.
- Trevor Hart, 34, of 19 Cheney St., second-floor, three counts of criminal threatening. On Aug. 24, 2024 in Nashua, Hart is accused of threatening J.P. with a pistol.
- Thomas Kuusisto, 40, of 71 Poor Farm Road, New Ipswich, six counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. On Aug. 21, 2024 in New Ipswich, Kuusisto is accused of possessing six videos of nude girls engaging in sexually explicit acts with men and, in one, a dog.
- Jaiden Lee, 20, of 342 Westford St., Apt. 9, Lowell, Mass., robbery. On April 25, 2024 in Nashua, Lee is accused of grabbing onto I.M.’s sweatshirt and saying he would “slap the shit” out of I.M. if I.M. didn’t give Lee the sweatshirt.
- Jack Levesque, 23, of 10 Rangers Drive, Apt. 1/2B, Hudson, falsifying physical evidence; possession of marijuana and psilocybin with intent to distribute, and felonious use of a firearm. On May 31, 2024, Levesque is accused of being in possession of a firearm and the drugs and then hiding the gun under a couch when he knew a police investigation was about to begin.
- Jonatan (cq)Martinez, 25, of 261 Union St., Manchester, domestic violence and criminal threatening. On May 25, 2024 in Merrimack, Martinez is accused of threatening L.P., an intimate partner, with a knife.
- Aidan Medbury, 19, of 18 Beaton St., Haverhill, Mass., three counts of criminal threatening. On June 9, 2024 in Nashua, Medbury is accused of climbing stairs leading to J.M., while armed with a handgun, and then pointing the gun at her with a laser light crossing her face.
- Matthew R. Peabody, 23, of 29 Greenwich Road, Litchfield, felonious sexual assault. On March 14, 2023 in Litchfield, Peabody is accused of touching the buttocks of an 8-year-old child.
- Christine Ann Smith, 48, of 14 Main St., Unit #13, Hinsdale, theft by unauthorized taking. Between March 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024 in Milford, Smith is accused of stealing more than $1,500 from Silk Screen Graphics LLC.
- Stacey Joseph Soucy, 54, no fixed address, Lowell, Mass., two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, with two prior convictions. On July 10, 2024, Soucy is accused of taking a generator, worth more than $1,500, from Home Depot in Nashua. On July 7, 2024, he is accused of stealing tools, again from Home Depot. On Feb. 9, 13 and 20, 2024, he is accused of stealing jackets from Macy’s in Nashua.
- Kathleen Tiller, 64, of Far Rockaway, NY, identity fraud, attempted theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence. On Aug. 24, 2024 in Nashua, Tiller is accused of presenting an I.D. and credit card in the name of G.A. and attempting to withdraw more than $1,500 from G.A.’s account at NBT Bank. Believing an investigation was underway, Tiller allegedly tossed the ID and credit card onto West Pearl Street.
- Maryah H. Williams, 23, of Dorchester, Mass., two counts of simple assault. On Aug. 10, 2024 in Merrimack, Williams is accused of kicking Detective Kevin Manuele in the stomach and spraying him in the eyes with pepper spray when he was arresting her.
What is a Grand Jury indictment? According to the NH Law Library, an indictment is a criminal charge against a person by a Grand Jury. A Grand Jury considers evidence presented by the County Attorney or the Attorney General and decides whether there is sufficient evidence to formally charge a person with committing a crime. It is part of due process. Any accused individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
