NASHUA, NH – As usual, Nashua VFW Post 483 takes the lead with the annual Veterans Day Parade and ceremonies on November 11.
Events for the day will begin early for participants who will gathering at the post at 7 a.m. for coffee followed by monument ceremonies at 8 a.m.
The Veterans Day Parade starts at 11:11 from Holman Stadium and heads down Main Street, followed by a luncheon for parade participants at the Nashua Adult Learning Center, 4 Lake St., Nashua, NH.
Another post-parade option is a special Veterans Day celebration at St. Joseph Hospital. The celebration is set for 12:30 p.m. in the hospital atrium located at 172 Kinsley St.
As part of this special tribute, a Quilt of Valor will be presented to a deserving service member or veteran who has been profoundly impacted by war.
