Man faces criminal threatening charges after 2 people report altercation with a man with scissors

NASHUA, NH – On June 8, 2025, the Nashua Police Department arrested Travis Morgan, 42, of Nashua for two counts of Criminal Threatening; Deadly Weapon, a Class B Felony, Falsifying Physical Evidence, a Class B Felony, and Resisting Arrest, Class A Misdemeanor.

On June 8, 2025, the Nashua Police Department responded to the area of Pine Street Extension for the report of a disorderly male.  Officers spoke with two victims who reported they had been in an altercation with Morgan.  During the altercation, Morgan threatened the two victims with a pair of scissors.  Morgan discarded the pair of scissors in the woods when he was alerted that the police were responding. 

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation. Detectives conducted multiple interviews and recovered a pair of scissors while processing the area of the incident.  

Morgan was held on preventative detention and will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on June 9, 2025, at 1 p.m.
