NASHUA, NH – A city man is charged with allegedly stealing golf carts from the golf course.
On December 9, 2024, the Nashua Police Department arrested Samuel Bermudez, 19, on a felony warrant for receiving stolen property ($1,501+), a Class A Felony.
Between the dates of July 30, 2024, and August 4, 2024, officers responded to the Nashua Country Club for the report of multiple golf carts that were stolen from the property.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division were assigned to further the investigation. Detectives were able to identify Bermudez as one of the suspects, as well as multiple juvenile suspects.
Based on this investigation, seven arrests have been made in connection with the thefts from the Nashua Country Club, and the investigation is still ongoing. Many of the golf carts have been recovered; however, many were damaged.
Bermudez was released on Personal Recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on January 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
