Hudson Police say Nashua man drove wrong way on Lowell Road to pass cars in front of him

HUDSON, NH – A Nashua man has been charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon by Hudson Police on Feb. 4 after the vehicle he was driving allegedly entered oncoming traffic in order to pass the vehicles in front of him.

The driver of the vehicle involved, Aaron Deciccio, 40, of Nashua, was taken into custody for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.

Hudson Police observed a vehicle around 5:50 p.m. passing motorist on the left going head on with vehicles traveling in the opposite lane on Lowell Road. Officer’s conducted a motor vehicle stop. As they were attempting to have Deciccio step from the vehicle so he could be placed under arrest, he became combative with officers. He was ultimately taken into custody, but continued to resist officers, according to police.

Deciccio was charged with one felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and three counts of Resisting Arrest.

He was held on preventative detention and ordered to appear at the 9th Circuit court on February 5, 2025
