The Democratic party leadership gathered in Manchester on Monday afternoon for the last time in this year’s election cycle. Elected officials, candidates, party officials, and a standing-room-only crowd of volunteers filled the Manchester Harris-Walz campaign office for the last time before voting starts on Tuesday.
“This, when you look at who’s on our ballot, up and down the ballot, it should be a moment of celebration when you see the diversity of people and the empowerment this is going to make. When you look at the top of the ticket, and you just keep going down and down, and there’s all these phenomenal people that those of us who grew up in New Hampshire couldn’t even fathom 50 years ago, 40 years ago, said Buckley “So every election is a turning point. Every election is going to make a difference. But this one is particularly important because there’s been a lot of bad stuff happening in Concord and in Washington. And we have the ability to put the brakes on it completely.”
Democratic congressional members, Democratic candidates, and party leaders gathered in a Nashua backyard Sunday to begin the home stretch to the general election campaign. Coming on the heels of last Tuesday’s state primary and a party unity breakfast Thursday, this event was a canvass launch for the Harris-Walz campaign and the down-ballot ticket.
Before the Presidential debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump new Hampshire Democrats held a press conference in Nashua about the issues facing the candidates.
