Due to the hard work and dedication of the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter (NSKS), many Nashua families have just a bit more to be thankful for this Thanksgiving.  This week they distributed hundreds of complete turkey dinner boxes.  Each “box” was the complete set of ingredients for a traditional turkey dinner that can be prepared at home.

Carol Weeks, Director of Community Relations estimates that they will have handed 800 to 1000 family meals before the week ends. This is a major production involving the NKSK staff, dozens of volunteers, lots of logistics, planning, hard work, and truckloads of food.
