NASHUA, NH – During a four week period ending on April 25, 2025 members of the Hudson Police Department and the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested 14 individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses. Several of these arrests stemmed from when Officers were operating under the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Initiative Grant.
Arrested were:
Cassie Ann Tallant, 34, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) – Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Tallant was released on Personal Recognizance Bail pending her arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Craig Riley, 52, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) – Subsequent Offense, Special Felony, and Common Nuisance, Class B Felony. Riley refused bail and is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections and pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Lewis Clark, 47, was arrested and charged with Convicted Felons, Class B Felony; Armed Career Criminal, Special Felony; 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Cocaine and Crack Cocaine)– Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony; and 1 count of Sale of a Controlled Drug (Marijuana) – Subsequent Offense, Special Felony. Clark is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections and pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Alexis Turgeon, 30, was arrested and charged with 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl and Crack Cocaine). Turgeon was released on Personal Recognizance Bail pending her arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Christine Jones, 34, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl), Class B Felony, and Resisting Arrest/Detention, Class A Misdemeanor. Jones was released on Personal Recognizance Bail pending her arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Henri Guite, 45, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Clonazepam) – Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Guite was released on Personal Recognizance Bail pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Ryan Basnett, 28, was arrested and charged with Witness Tampering, Class B Felony. Basnett refused bail and he is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Robert Ngari, 41, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl), Class B Felony; Resisting Arrest/Detention, Class A Misdemeanor; and Dealing/Possessing Prescription Drugs, Class A Misdemeanor. Ngari is being held on a $400 Cash Bail pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Gregory Levesque, 36, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl and Crack Cocaine), Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Levesque currently is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections and pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Charles Shepard, 55, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl), Class B Felony. Shepard was released on Personal Recognizance pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
George Smith, 54, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) – Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Smith refused bail and is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections and pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Scott Lemere, 60, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine and Suboxone)- Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Lemere was released on Personal Recognizance and is pending his arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Kelly Grzech, 43, was arrested and charged with Common Nuisance, Class B Felony; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine)- Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony; 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (Fentanyl and Crack Cocaine)- Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony; and Transporting Drugs in a Motor Vehicle, Class A Misdemeanor. Grzech was released on a $1000 cash bail pending her arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Hayden Wilburn, 31, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl), Class B Felony and 2 counts of Resisting Arrest/Detention, Class A Misdemeanor. Wilburn was held on $500 cash bail pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
